History
BananaShip began as 363 Design Studio in December of 2006. Back then, BananaShip specialized in visual image design, visual effects, video editing, CGI animation, and interactive multimedia. In July of 2010, 363 Design Studio rebranded itself as BananaShip Creative Studio, transforming into an entity whose primary work consists of independent creative digital content. Starting in 2013, with independent game development as its core, BananaShip has committed to create the best possible entertainment experience through the development of animations, digital educational books, and other various multimedia products.

December 25, 2006 – 363 Design Studio founded (Startup Name of BananaShip)
February 5, 2007 – 363 Design Studio registers with Taiwan Ministry of Finance Taxation Administration. Company starts to design and produce commercials, videos, animations, websites, and other multimedia products for customers.
March 6, 2007 – Birth of Dogphy.
July 28, 2010 – Company name changes to BananaShip Creative Studio, files official name change with the Taxation Administration. Transforms to an independent creative digital content design studio. Walks down the path of independent creativity.
December 2012 – BananaShip starts brand new and commits to creating original games and digital content with independent game development as its core.

Brand Philosophy
“Banana” is a fruit that induces the brain to produce a natural chemical, serotonin, also known as the happy chemical. This chemical is a neurotransmitter that contributes to feelings of happiness, which is why another name for banana is “Happy Fruit”.
“Ship” symbolizes adventure, innovation, and team spirit. It can carry our imagination and curiosity while exploring the world of unknowns.
“BananaShip” combines all the elements. It’s a ship that sails towards the destination of happiness and pure imagination, bringing a rainbow of infinite possibilities to everyone who is in this exciting, splendid world.
